Project Overview
This was a sprint-style challenge — redesigning a high-end car brand’s homepage in just one day. Papi Super Cars had the kind of inventory that made people go “Wow,” but the website felt more like a used car dealer than a luxury experience.
The goal was to make their online presence match the aspirational tone of their product.
The Challenge
I didn’t have time for deep research or multiple iterations. This was about making quick, high-impact design decisionsthat elevated trust and brand perception instantly.
My Approach
I did a short 30-minute heuristic review and gathered quick inspiration from brands like Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Porsche.
From there, I:
Focused on bold typography, sharp imagery, and a sleek dark palette
Highlighted car specs and CTAs in a card layout
Used minimal copy to let visuals speak
Designed the homepage + car detail preview in high fidelity
What Helped
Having a design system mindset really helped. I reused spacing, card structure, and overlays from past work, adapting them for a more premium look.
Result
The new design looked sleek, focused, and bold, giving off a luxury feel that the original lacked. The client said: “This is the vibe we’ve been missing.”
Not bad for a day’s work!
